What if I don’t see my business type in the drop down?
We are always adding new verticals to the business type dropdown. Please email sales@joymonster.com if you’re experiencing this issue.
Why was my offer rejected?
If your offer was rejected, a detailed description of our rejection reason was provided in our notice to you. Please review and contact sales@joymonster.com if you have further questions. We promise it’s nothing personal — we are happy to assist you in creating an offer that will meet our conditions.
What are my options for redemption?
Using our offer creator, we currently only offer one form of redemption. Upon redeeming an offer, the customer is presented with a "Redeem Offer" screen with a countdown timer to be shown to the cashier. If you need another form of redemption, for example, a URL or a scannable QR code or barcode, please reach out to sales@joymonster.com, and we will assist you with this at no extra charge. Please include "Alternative Redemption" in the subject line.
